In a recent development aimed at advancing the realms of micro and small enterprises, the Director of the Micro and Small Enterprises Authority took a significant step by initiating discussions for collaboration with Egerton University. This progressive move followed the 5th National Forum, where the potential for synergies between academia and business was highlighted. A delegation was dispatched to the university to engage in discussions and explore the possibility of establishing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to formalize this collaboration.
